My name is Mae Buchanan, and I am from Boston, Massachusetts. I am majoring in Marine Biology and minoring in Climate Change Studies and Marine Affairs. I play club field hockey and ice hockey at UNE. I want to work in shark conservation specifically with helping combat shark finning.

I love to read, watch Formula 1 and hockey, travel, and bake. My favorite seasons are fall and winter. I have two younger brothers, and a black lab named Puck.
